Relationship Values and Attachment

What makes a good relationship? Our values guide us toward relationships that fulfill us and enhance our lives, while our fears – especially fears rooted in insecure attachment – often keep us boxed in. In this session, you’ll learn how different values are connected to different monogamous and non-monogamous relationship structures, and you will be guided through discovering your personal relationship values and learning how to make relationship decisions based on your values instead of your fears. We will also explore what attachment theory teaches us about our core relationship fears, as well as about the secure base and safe haven functions of non-monogamous relationships. You will be invited to assess your own attachment style and learn ways of building secure attachment for a lifetime of healthy partnerships.
