Ketamine-Assisted Group Therapy

LIVING YOUR FULFILLED LIFE

This program is based on research-supported behavior change principles. We use concepts and strategies from several evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Self-Compassion, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). This means that we won’t just talk about your struggles; you will actively learn new skills to improve your quality of life.

In addition, this program uses a community building approach to help you strengthen your relationships with others who matter to you. You will work with your fellow participants both one-on-one and in a group to support one another and deepen your connection.

All sessions are completed over video telehealth from your home. Anyone in California can participate in the program.

By participating in this program, you will learn to:

  • Choose what is most important to you.

  • Be open to a full range of experiences.

  • Accept your thoughts and feelings.

  • Develop an observer perspective.

  • Build compassion for yourself and others.

  • Commit to your values and take action to live a fulfilled life.
