This workshop is for individuals and partners who want to deepen their relationships. It is appropriate for singles, couples, and more-than-two partnerships. This workshop involves a ketamine therapy journey, so it is designed for people who are experienced with or interested in ketamine-assisted therapy.
How is ketamine-assisted therapy helpful for relationships?
Ketamine promotes flexible thinking, openness, empathy, and compassion for yourself and others. We will use this medicine to enhance relational skill-building and connection.
This day-long retreat will identify attachment based patterns that keep you stuck in challenging cycles. You will learn communication skills to discuss vulnerabilities and how to develop the intimacy and relationship you desire based on your values.
